Andrew Finnegan Completed the Physical Therapy Assistant program at North Central State College in June 2010. Andrew started with Summit in August 2010. Before beginning his new career as a PTA, he had served the area in the manufacturing field as a journeyman machinist. As a machinist, attention to details and accuracy was an important part of his career. These same qualities are carried over to his new passion and career of helping people return to health.
Andrew grew up in rural Shelby and has lived in the area all his life. Andrew is married to his wonderful wife, Kimberly of 13 years and they have two children, Makenna and Sean. The family enjoys camping at different state parks during the summer. Andrew's family has brainwashed him into being a fan of Notre Dame football, which has been carried down from generations before him. Andrew also enjoys golfing, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
Since starting with Summit, Andrew has worked in home health, aquatic, and outpatient settings. Andrew says he the mix of working with people in their surrounding and working with the staff at the outpatient clinics. Andrew looks forward to serving the area and company for many years to come.
